Terms of Service
Last updated: May 16, 2026
These terms are written for a small, practical web tool, not a complicated paid platform. By using YouTube Playlist Duration Calculator, you agree to use it in a reasonable way and to understand that the results are best-effort estimates based on public YouTube data.
Use the calculator normally
You can paste playlist links, video links, Shorts links, or supported IDs to calculate duration and watch time. Please do not use the site to spam requests, test stolen API keys, overload the service, scrape at a heavy automated rate, or interfere with other people trying to use it. If you are doing normal manual calculations, you are using the site the way it is intended to be used.
The numbers are estimates
The calculator adds up duration data returned by YouTube. That means the result depends on what YouTube makes available at the moment of the request. Private videos, removed videos, live streams, premieres, and region-restricted videos can affect the result. Use the output for planning your study time, viewing time, or watch queue, but do not treat it as an official YouTube statement.
No official relationship with YouTube
This site is independent. It is not owned, sponsored, approved, or operated by YouTube or Google. YouTube names, videos, channels, thumbnails, and data belong to their respective owners and are governed by YouTube's own rules and API availability.
Changes and availability
The site may change as YouTube changes its URLs, API behavior, or rate limits. It may also be unavailable during maintenance, quota limits, hosting issues, or bugs. We try to keep the calculator useful, but it is provided as-is and without a promise that it will always be available or perfectly accurate.
If you do not agree with these terms, the right move is simple: do not use the service. If you have a question about them, email contact@youtubeplaylistlength.org.
